Welcome to Paradise in Mt. CB—a stylish 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome ideally located on the shuttle loop and just a 10-minute walk to the ski lifts. With stunning views of Mt. Crested Butte, hot tub access, and a private garage, this home offers the perfect base for year-round mountain adventures.
From the private garage, guests will head up one flight of stairs to the main living level, which features a convenient half bath, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy sweeping views of Mt. Crested Butte—perfect for morning coffee or après-ski relaxation.
Up another flight of stairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, ample closet space, and its own private balcony with mountain views. This level also includes a full bathroom and a second bedroom with a queen bed, generous storage and a private workspace. The third floor loft offers a twin bunk bed, making this home comfortable for up to six guests. Paradise in Mt. CB blends comfort, style, and an unbeatable location for an unforgettable Crested Butte stay.
DISCLOSURES:
FIREPLACE: The fireplace is not in working order and will not be available during your stay.
PARKING: Guests are allotted 1 parking pass to be used in the Eagle`s Nest lot. There is no assigned parking. No trailers/RVs. There is no additional overnight parking in Mount Crested Butte. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (3 miles, follow posted signage diligently). 1 parking pass is provided/unit; this is non-negotiable, please plan accordingly!
PET DISCLOSURE: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in this building. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule.
AIR CONDITIONING: There is no AC in this building. One small fan is provided in each bedroom.
HOT TUB: The hot tub is managed by the building HOA. West Elk Property Management cannot foresee closures due to routine maintenance or cleaning and therefore will not offer any refunds in the event the hot tub is unusable for part or all of your stay.
CBMR DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Winter 2025/2026 Season on November 26th. Closing day is typically the first weekend in April, official date to be announced.
