NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The Keystone Building entrance is on the second floor. There is one flight of stairs up to the third floor to access K-304.

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

San Moritz is ski-in/ski-out, and the Keystone building has great ski access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes! At the end of the day, just ski down back to the building.
Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. San Moritz has its own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!
**If you book your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, the Full Payment amount is due upon booking. If you book your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, half of the total amount is due upon booking as your Initial Deposit. The other Final Payment half is due 30 days from your arrival.**
