2 BR/2BA Mountain Modern Home, endless views! Parking for 4 vehicles.
The Space:
This brand-new mountain modern home is sure to meet all your vacation needs - upscale comfort, prime location and magnificent views! The home is perched on the mountain side above the ski area base, adjacent to the ski slopes. A short 3-minute walk (0.15 miles) to the end of the cul-de-sac takes you to Columbine Hill ski run (ski in/ski out access is snow dependent). There is a free on demand van shuttle service that picks up at the property if ski in/ski out is not possible because of lack of snow. With easy access to the ski resort in the winter and hiking and biking trails in the summer, outdoor enthusiasts will be able to maximize their quality time in the mountains.
Upon entering, you will have access to the one car garage for parking and gear storage, the foyer and half bath. Descend a half flight of steps into the main living space and prepare to have your breath taken away by the spectacular view of the surrounding peaks. The open floor plan of this level encompasses the living room, dining area, spacious kitchen and sizeable cantilevered deck. There is a wood-burning fireplace and large smart TV with Sonos sound system in the living room and the couch turns into a sleeping place for one guest. The kitchen has high-end appliances, tons of counter space, and all the small appliances you need to enjoy cooking in.
Down one full flight of stairs, you will find the two bedrooms, both outfitted with king beds, large windows (with remote operated blackout blinds) and doors to access the outside chair lift sitting area. One has an ensuite full bath complete w/shower/bathtub and the other has a bathroom across the hall, also with a shower/tub combo. A washer/dryer can also be found on this level.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
Please note that our company does require you to e-sign our rental policy which will be emailed to you after your booking comes in. If you would like to see this prior to your booking, please don't hesitate to ask.
All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights.
Guests 25 years or older are welcome to book this property. Children are always welcome with their parent or legal guardian.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
This property has parking for one vehicle in the garage and 3 vehicles in the driveway.
There is a ring doorbell on the front door for security purposes only.
This property is not pet friendly.
