Location, location, location!

Condo was well appointed and equipped. Closeness to skiing was great- ski in, ski out!The fireplace did not work and only one tv was functional, with spotty service. The biggest negative is the parking situation. Even though the condo has 3 bedrooms, you only get 1 parking pass. All parking lots and downtown Crested Butte have zero overnight parking.. This is ridiculous! We parked illegally both nights with fingers crossed the second car wouldn’t get towed.The town needs to find a solution to this as most rentals also only give you 1 parking spot.. Other than that, it was great!

Great Location

We enjoyed the convenience of a true ski in/ski out property. We had some minor maintenance issues and they were addressed and taken care of promptly. Loved the convenience of the underground parking garage with elevator to get our luggage in and out of the car without the hassle of cold weather and icy conditions.

Good ski in ski out location

The unit was as advertised and convenient. Three recommendations for the property owner and future guests. Let guests know that parking only means one vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, you have to park the second vehicle a half mile away in the mountain parking lot. It would be nice to be able to use the ski locker for the unit on the ground floor. The access walk for ski in/out was so built up with snow that it was very difficult to travers to the slope in ski boots. It would only take a few minutes to carve some steps in the snow so as not to slide down an ice ramp.
