"The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and well kept. The parking lot is well lit. I lost my air pod. 3 days after checking out i spoke with Megan. She was extremely friendly and checked the lost and found as well as with the house keeping but did not locate my ear piece. She had the room i stayed in checked and located my ear piece. The stay was great! The staff is great! Megan went above and beyond!!!!! "

"Great location for a short stay! I stayed one night and found the hotel to be conveniently located right off the freeway and close to Ontario Airport. The room was cozy and clean—just what I needed for a quick stay. Breakfast was decent, but I wish the sausage and bacon were more easily accessible instead of having to wait in the omelet line. Overall, a smooth experience. Bonus: it's right across from the Costco Business Center!"

"Great location. Close to all the restaurants and shopping center. Great pool. Tye hotel has a very small but ok beach front. The rooms are a little out dated and the carpets were dirty and stained. Our room had a balcony and partial view of the lake. Didn get a chance to try the restaurant and coffee shop. Staffs were very friendly and nice. Coming back for sure."

"They had no on site parking due to construction which was fine…the staff was NOT clear they charged for this major inconvenience which was the hotels issue. I was charged a standard fully refundable security deposit of $100 which was explained as such, so when I only got $70 back I asked why of course and they said they charged me for parking at $29.90. That was the price for valet service in which I did not use, I parked my own car down the street at an off site parking facility and I was given a QR code to park there overnight for FREE! They told me after I called asking about the refund being light that everyone gets charged parking whether you use the valet or not! WHAT???? "
