“The location was very good. Boulder Bay across the street and a few restaurants within walking distance. We had some issues with the smell of the place and it was reported to the management company. If you are looking for quiet this is not the place. Big Bear Blvd is at the end of the shared driveway and was very noisy especially on the weekends. “This was our second stay at the Blue Lake House. We love it here! The house is roomy, very clean, decorated to feel very mountain-like, and well appointed with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities a person could need. The house is perfectly located for us as it is just a short walk to the Lake Trail and the Village. Wes is an excellent host and available to answer questions and help anytime we contacted him. We hope to continue staying at the Blue……
