Great cabin with plenty of room

Had a great stay at the cabin. The management company is slow in responding to messages and emails. We had asked to check in an hour early and didn't get any kind of response and when fire place didn't work it took a few hours for a response. Otherwise, the cabin is great and we had a fantastic time. It's a short ride or walk to Lake Gregory and the lake has nice hikes around it.

Great getaway

I stayed at this cabin with my son (11yo), daughter (7yo), husband, and my friend and her husband and kids (1yo daughter and 11yo son). This cabin fit all of us perfectly, it even had a baby gate on the stairs which was perfect with my friend's 1 yo daughter. The power went out while we were staying there. I texted Vacasa and they texted me back almost immediately. They called and found out it was a neighborhood outage and gave me an ETA of when the power would come back on. They even called me back to confirm we had power and make sure all was well. I was very happy with their communication, the cleanliness and the ease of check in/check out. Would stay here again. It was a 5 minute drive to the market and lake, very easy to get to.

Great Place. Needs Better Communication

The place was very spacious and great for a group. Only downside was that unlike most rentals I have stayed at there wasn't any list or sheet of instructions or information about the place that we could reference to for example turn on the fireplace or know what the protocol is for trash disposal. In addition there isn't a "host" you can speak with to ask questions for this rental.

AMAZING!!

The house inside is absolutely beautiful and has a charming cabin feel to it!! The beds were all so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with so we were able to make an awesome breakfast, lunch and dinner after taking a trip to the local market which is about 5 min. drive from the cabin. The wifi was great which was important for our stay. The bathtub down stairs was so relaxing with a window right in front of it to get that beautiful mountain view (if you lift up the shades). Also nice if you're an influencer to get those bubble bath pics from that view! Each bedroom has a balcony except one which was nice. Would definitely come back again and recommend!

My family and I enjoyed the quiet getaway from the Ohio.

The process to rent was very easy, from beginning to end. Manager easy to reach and follow up. Only problem was tv service, when we did watch it. Loved the views and surrounding lakes. The cabin itself, very nice. It really is the Rim of the World! An true adventurous experience!

The house was extremely dirty , when we walked bare foot our feet gets so dirty , the window , the

I am requesting a full refund because this house was extremely dirty, the windows, the mirrors everywhere were not clean. If we walk barefoot our feet get dirty anything you touch your hand feels like being stick to it, the furniture was ragged and extremely dirty. Several huge stains were all over the chairs that you do not want to sit on it. My family did not and could not stay there we left the next morning shower water pressure was very low and unpleasant. I have all the pictures that I took the minutes when I walk to the house, around the backyard was all trash and it was like a jank yard.

Beautiful Home

The house was located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance from Lake Gregory. All the neighbors were very kind, helpful and welcoming. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for a stay during the winter. When we had trouble working some things, the host was very easy to get a hold of and helped us thoroughly. We definitely enjoyed our stay!!
