「No coffee maker, no ice, hot water needs to be hotter, had to run shower for 10 minutes to get it up to very warm. TV broken, had to switch to a room that was not as nice. Staff friendly but poor English skills, very difficult to understand. 」

「Usually I don’t have any problems with my stay but we had a roach in our bathroom thankfully it was just one we killed it and flushed it down the toilet, then the tv kept going to a black screen then turn back on, lastly I don’t understand why I had to pay a 50 dollar deposit when I was told I can’t extend my stay at the desk I have to do it on the website and when I usually do do it I never had to pay a deposit fee. Also had these kids playing knocking on my door and running away heard them do...
