The owner and his employees were very kind and welcoming. This is a new venue for them, so they are working through issues. They worked hard to make sure we had hot water. They have plans for improvements. The actual rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The grounds need some charm and upgrades.

This motel looks nothing like the photos on Expedia’s website. When we pulled into the parking lot there were homeless people in the front and back. We didn’t even get out of the car as we did not feel like this was a safe place to stay.

The owners are very welcoming. This is not a fancy place but it has comfy beds, very clean, quiet, informative of the area, comfy chairs etc. We will be back as we go to Creston to visit the birding areas.

Pleasantly surprised by this property! Great location and close proximity to downtown Creston. The owners are very friendly. The place is extremely clean - don’t let the outside fool you!

Got to the location late and office was closed, called the number on the door and was checked in with in 30 mins! Wish I was staying longer

Helllo and thanks for your review. I noticed you were in a kitchenette room, and wanted to mention we have additional dishes and pots and pans and other items available at the office, besides the dishes and cooking items always kept in the rooms. There are also two new barbeques outside for guests wanting to barbeque.

Right off of the highway but you don’t hear the cars. Very close to a number of nice restaurants! Very easy check in and out.

It was convenient, being right off the highway, yet quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and had a nice kitchenette area. The lady at check in and check out was welcoming and friendly.
