「The Captain's Quarters was one of the most adorable, cozy and comfortable slice of heaven tucked away from the overcrowded tourist areas. There are several top notch restaurants in the area and the owners wrote the book on southern hospitality. Take a break from your every day, decompress and disconnect (although the house has awesome wifi!). Definitely recommended and will return. 」

「What a joy to stay in this cozy cottage. The location and ease of stay was perfect for our visit. We are vegan so being able to prepare our own food is important and we took our time enjoying the backyard and such. Thank you for this gem. We will be back w/our furry friends.😊」

「The property was definitely more than what we expected. You cant beat the price, there was everything we needed in the home. It was very spacious. There were 7 of us and we all had our own space. It was nice. Plan on booking again at this property when we visit Florida again. The owner was amazing and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend! 」

「Had about a week in the property and enjoyed it very much. The horses are a nice touch and relaxing to watch and pet. Place is well decorated and comfortable. Good communication and the caretakers are right next door if you need anything. 」

「Great house , everything u need except for your own food. Very clean and refreshing great family house 」

「Nice little water front house .The host was great .Its is private and it has it own pier they are still working on improvements. The only things that wasn't up to par is the fridge wasnt cleaned out had old food in the freezer and fridge and the mini fridge was full of out dated drinks so we didnt use either of those and the water pressure was awful but we just dealt with what we had but all and all it was good .」

「When me and my family arrived at the property. Grass was grown all around the property as if this place was not being used at all. Once me and my family entered into the property.The home was in an unprofessional manner and unsanitary filth.The house was not clean at all.All beds in all four rooms was slept in and not clean or made from the previous occupants.The floors through the entire house was filthy with stains, tissues piece on floor, left food crumbs on table and floors, urine in toilet...
