“Casa Blu and all the staff was exactly what we wanted from our holiday. The hotel was spotless, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. The location was fantastic! Tavernas, cafes and restaurants were only a short walk away. We would highly recommend it and will be looking at going back for sure”

“Bella Vista is a small, family run hotel. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest beach (40 mins) but what it offers more than compensates for this. Eli, Spiros and Melanie are the most welcoming team we have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am sorry not to know the name of the chef, the other breakfast lady and the lovely housekeeper. The location will provide a very authentic experience of Crete. Literally 5-6 walk to a square full of restaurants and Tavernas which are all excellent. And where……

“Lovely adults only hotel with decent spread of food for breakfast and dinners. The pool was lovely and my partner had a massage which he said was firm. The hotel is in a good location with a nice view of the town and the sea. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We were very comfortable and had a great time!”

“Good spacious apartment, ours was a bit tired but work in progress. Lots of steps around resort so not really suitable for people with walking difficulties. Always free sun beds, says not to reserve but people still do, free aircon but only had hot water once in 6 days. Pool bar opens 09:00-17:00 needs to be open a bit later 10:00-18:00 maybe. All in all exceeded our expectations and great value for money, would stay again”

“Avis mitigé pour ce joli hôtel. Points positifs : accueil et personnel agréable, petit-déjeuner et dîner de haute qualité, parking facile. Matelas confortable et magnifiques piscines. Points négatifs : malgré 4 appels à la réception et le passage (probable) d'un technicien, la climatisation ne produisait aucune fraîcheur. 28 degrés dans la chambre, impossible d'avoir une vraie nuit de sommeil donc. Pour un hôtel en Crete à plus de 350€ la nuit et affichant 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas vraiment……

“Alles, was dem Hotel an klassischem „Luxus“ wie einem Fitnessstudio oder Pool fehlt, wird durch die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft von Katerina und Antonis mehr als wettgemacht. Sie waren jederzeit ansprechbar – sogar schon vor unserer Anreise – und sind auf meine Lebensmittelunverträglichkeit sehr aufmerksam und wertschätzend eingegangen. Da wir für unseren Ausflug durch die Samaria-Schlucht das Frühstück verpasst hätten, hat Katerina uns kurzerhand eine liebevoll zusammengestellte……

“Our stay at Cosmeen was perfect. We had a double room with city view with a balcony which had the perfect size for the two of us. The staff were amazing, friendly and always ready to help! The breakfast baskets were great, we could decide if we have it by the pool or in our room and pre-order via the app. The pool is very nice and quiet. The location was also nice very close to the promenade. We highly recommend this hotel!”

“The hotel room costed about 250€ for 2 days sea-views on weekdays in October at the low season period. That is not worth it personally. Although, the hotel was not full but they assigned us for a room at the ended right-handed side from the hotel, which people can have a half sea-view only. ”

“Recently renovated rooms, pool and bar areas, all done to a high standard. The staff really make this place somewhere you want to come back. Such a friendly place with a relaxed vibe during the day and sociable bar at night. Loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep, although the food and drinks served in the bar are lovely and great value for money. Like everywhere in Koutouloufari there are a lot of stairs so maybe no good if you have a pushchair or limited mobility. Can't wait to go……

“Fijne, mooie smaakvolle plek, niet te luxe, maar wel comfortabel, aan alles is gedacht. Er heerst een relaxte sfeer, de medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk. We hebben genoten van onze dagelijkse ontbijtjes aan het heerlijke zwembad met lekkere ligbedden. Een absolute aanrader! Koutouloufari is ingericht op toerisme, maar desondanks is het een heel gezellig, leuk dorpje gebleven. Leuke afwisseling aan betaalbare eettentjes.”
