“Convenient location, nice and clean. The only negative was not having control of the thermostat since it was located in the upstairs unit. There were space heaters available which helped some. ”

“It had a lot of rooms to give everyone their own bed. Two bedrooms are on the third floor. House was a little worn but it included everything you'd need to cook and live while on a short vacation. ”

“This a very new construction. We were greeted with Keurig cups and snacks. The beds and bedding are VERY comfortable. Communications were timely and helpful. This is the best short-term rental experience that I have enjoyed. ”

“This host is wonderful. I had been looking for a pet friendly house as my dog has separation anxiety. (He has a kennel...and he sings). The host provided doggy waste bags and a receptical. Also the yard is fenced. Only rule that I wasnt expecting was no animals on the furniture...it was not a deal breaker at all. The kitchen was fully stocked with things you would want...you just need food :)It was a great place to stay and felt very homey. ”

“Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.”

“Excellent. Thought there was twin mattresses under the king beds but we ended up with enough beds with an air mattress. 6 adults aged men.”
