Foi incrível!!! Melhor do que a última vez q nos hospedamos. Isso não quer dizer q a anterior não foi boa, foi excelente!! Desde a chegada até a saída, fomos sempre atendidos com muita cordialidade. A acomodação atendeu as minhas necessidades. O café da manhã, excelente, o quarto e o banheiro estavam limpos (o piso é novo) , o estacionamento cumpriu o esperado e o atendimento foi sempre muito agradável. Apenas a cama poderia ser mais confortável.

PESSIMO

Deixei um funcionário hospedado em um hotel, confiando nas fotos e na reputação da rede Tri Hotel. No entanto, o quarto estava fechado por um longo período e não recebia limpeza adequada, o que resultou em sérios problemas para o meu funcionário, que sofreu uma crise aguda de rinite e precisou ser levado ao hospital. Em resumo, a condição de limpeza foi extremamente insatisfatória. Espero que essa situação seja revista e que sejam tomadas providências para garantir a saúde e o conforto dos hóspedes.

Apartamento simples e limpo. Isolamento acústico nas janelas é razoável. Tive problemas com o ar condicionado (apto 101) e me deram outro quarto. Café da manhã muito fraco (ovos mexidos frios e salsichas frias) - pague um pouco mais e fique no Tri Hotel Executive, o café é muito melhor. Ou vá tomar café na padaria.

Chegando no hotel fomos fazer chekin e a recepcionista nos cadastrou e depois não achava nossa reserva, nem nossos nomes como hóspedes, nomes que ela já havia cadastrado. Ficamos meia hora na recepção esperando ela achar. Eu e duas amigas ficamos em um quarto com três camas, uma das camas havia um colchão de qualidade inferior comparado aos outros. Quanto a limpeza do ambiente e banheiro não há reclamações, banheiro super limpinho e roupas de cama também. Demais recepcionistas/concierges prestativos e educados. Um ótimo café da manhã. Wi-Fi mediano.

Propaganda enganosa

Escolhi o hotel pelas fotos, principalmente a area da cobertura que seria bem agradavel para trabalhar. A area estava fechada e fui informado na recepção que não era para hóspedes. Mas entao por que estava no Hotels.com? Nao darei apenas 1 estrela pois a localização é boa, atendimento excelente e pessoal simpatico na recepcao e principalmente no cafe da manhã. Estacionamento pequeno e apartamento sujo, emcontrei cabelos grudados no box do banheiro.

Muito barulho, instalações antigas.

O hotel é antigo, e mesmo com a reforma feita ficou deixando a desejar. É localizado em uma avenida muito movimentada, e como não há isolamento acústico nas janelas fica difícil ter um bom sono, só se você tiver um sono muito, muito pesado. O ponto positivo foi o café da manhã, bem variado e saboroso.
