Wonderful stay in Cerikvenica

We travelled from Germany to Croatia and stayed two weeks with our family in the house. It was very central and with a beautiful garden and view. I really recommend staying here, all needs were directly addressed and the communication was great. Thank you for making such good trip possible.

Urlaub mit hund

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Lage und Größe des Ferienhauses war für uns optimal. Der Hundestrand war zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen (20 Minuten).

Leider Mieserabel alles nur zusammen gesucht,liebloser Garten wo man 12 Tage auf einer Bierbank sitzen muss.....ein neues Bad ausserhalb des Hauses also im Gartenbereich liest man kein Wort in der Anzeige und im Schlafbereich 1. Etage kein Bad ....Kein Parkplatz vor dem Haus .....

Ein super Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht ..

Das Ferienhaus ist mit Liebe ausgestattet und man hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Meerblick und der Garten sind super schön. Crikvenica selbst ist ein Ort der alles nötige zum erholen hat. Loredana ist super hilfsbereit und hat uns einen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus zur Verfügung gestellt. Das ist wirklich das einzige Manko an dem Haus, dass es keinen eigenen Parkplatz besitzt, aber man kann wirklich alles zu Fuß gut erreichen.

Familienurlaub in Kroatien

Im Vorfeld wurden wir gut informiert und auch auf Rückfragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr freundlich von Frau Sojat empfangen und ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus war bereits reserviert. Das Haus war ein Traum und sehr gut ausgestattet…es fehlte an nichts! Oben zwei Zimmer und unten ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, die Küche und das Bad. Ein langgezogener Garten war über das Wohnzimmer zu erreichen. Das Beste war die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Jeden Morgen haben wir dort gefrühstückt. Das Haus ist dicht an mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dem Hafen, dem Strand und Restaurants und Cafés gelegen. Es waren sogar mehrere Liegen für den Strand vorrätig. In der einen Woche haben wir uns sehr gut erholt und konnten die Ruhe genießen, die uns in Triest gefehlt hat. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Crikvenica!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das alte Fischerhäuschen mit dem kleinen Gärtchen hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, auf der Terasse oder im Innenhof schaffen viele Orte zum Entspannen trotz des sehr kleinen Grundstücks! Die Schildkröte hat uns auch bei jeder Begegnung sehr erfreut. Haus und Grundstück sind sehr idyllisch. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch sehr zentral, Einkaufen, Bummeln und Baden ist alles in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich . Wer den städtischen Trubel mag, hat in Crikvenica viele Möglichkeiten. Allerdings schalt Nachts auch ab und zu Musik durch die Gassen und der Strand war in der Hochsaison sehr voll. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, wir haben unsere Zeit in Crikvenica sehr genossen!

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft

Check in war absolut Problemlos. Die Dame vor Ort (Loredana) spricht perfekt Deutsch, so haben wir alles schnell auf deutsch geregelt. Lage der Wohnung ist super, Fußläufig ist alles super und schnell zu erreichen, egal ob es der Strand, ein Supermarkt oder gar die Innenstadt war. Alles in allem wirklich sehr schön. Gerne wieder

Eine grüne Oase

Alles hat super geklappt, die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich mit guten Tipps. Das Haus ist etwas Besonderes, schön renoviert. Oben sind zwei Schlafzimmer und unten ist die Wohnküche und Bad. Hier geht es auch in den Garten. Sehr naturnah und wild. Eine grüne Oase.

Für eine kurzen Aufenthalt bis 3 Tage ok.sehr einfache Ausstattung Hat aber alles funktioniert. Viele Armeisen im Bad. Sitzgelegenheit zum Fernsehen ( Sofa) müßte repariert werden fällt vom Gestell. Deutsch sprechende Übergabe war gut

Sehr schöne, eingewachsene Terrasse mit Meerblick

Wenn man keine zu gehobenen Ansprüche hat, ein schönes Häuschen, uns hat es gefallen... Mückenschutzgitter in den Schlafräumen wären noch super, dann könnte man auch bei offenen Fenstern schlafen.

Schönes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Lage zum Strand und in die Stadt ist perfekt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, die obere Terrasse hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick und ist Abends bei Kerzenschein super gemütlich. Der Empfang und die ganze Betreuung vor Ort von Loredana waren sehr herzlich, dafür wollen wir uns noch einmal bedanken. Auch der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter war wunderbar. Es waren zwei perfekte Wochen Urlaub.

Charmantes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Ferienwoche in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sauber und verfügt über eine praktische und vollständige Ausstattung mit genügend Stauraum. Auch im Garten fehlt es an nichts. Verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegestühle sind vorhanden, um den Blick aufs Meer zu geniessen. Die Lage ist top und sehr zentral, die Promenade, diverse Strände und Läden sind gut zu Fuss in kurzer Zeit (5-10min) erreichbar. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Kontakt mit den Vermietern und der Betreuerin nebenan hat alles fantastisch geklappt und man fühlte

Süßes kleines altes Häuschen, mit allem was man benötigt für einen Urlaub. Die oberen Schlafzimmer sehr sauber aber in der Nacht sehr warm. Das kleine fenster lose Bad ist für große Gäste in mancher Hinsicht eine Herausforderung. Die kleine romantische Terrasse, die man über eine recht steile Treppe erreichen kann, wenn man diese aber geschafft hat, kann man einen traumhaften Blick genießen. Manch eines oder anderes Möbelstück bräuchte eine Erneuerung, aber trotz allem haben wir, 2 Erwachsene und 1 Hund, den kurz Urlaub sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen ❣️ Auch die erst am Vortag angekommene Waschmaschine wurde sofort angesteckt und betriebsbereit gemacht..... Einfach klasse 👍👍

Alles da, was man braucht, alles war wie erwartet! Auch mit kleinen Kindern konnten wir uns super im Garten entspannen. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte deutsprachige Vermieterin direkt nebenan.

Charmantes altes Häuschen mit Charakter

Die Schlafräume in der oberen Etage waren sehr sauber und schön. Ein Schlafraum liegt aber direkt an einer engen und teileweise lauten Nebenstraße. Im Wohnbereich (Erdgeschoss) war das Klima kühl und feucht, was geruchsempfindliche Nasen deutlich wahrnehmen. Das fensterlose Bad war nur funktionell und sehr klein gestaltet. Der wildromantische Garten kann kaum genutzt werden. Über eine sehr steile Treppe erreicht man eine kleine Dachterasse mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Insgesamt haben wir den Stadtflair in unserer Ferienwoche genossen.

Perfekte Unterkunft im Zentrum von Crikvenice

Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt und die Erwartungen aufgrund der Fotos wurden genau erfüllt. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war äußerst hilfsbereit und auch die Betreuung Vorort (Nachbarin) war perfekt.

Alles prima!

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem gut ausgestatteten Häuschen verbracht. Frau Soyat hat uns vor Ort liebevoll und immer sehr hilfsbereit betreut. Bei Problemen mit der Zahnspange unseres Sohnes hat sie sich persönlich um einen Zahnarzttermin gekümmert und uns sogar zum Arzt gebracht. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Besonders genossen haben wir die Stunden auf der oberen Terrasse. Eine grüne Oase in der Stadt mit Blick aufs Meer.

Perfekte Unterkunft super Lage.

Super Unterkunft für 4 bis 5 Erwachsene. Haus liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel. Was aber in dem Ort so gut wie jedes Haus ist. Super nice Terrasse. Der Ort selber ist super schön. Geile Promenade und party Möglichkeiten. Haus hat air-condition was bei heißen Temperaturen extrem abgefahren ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
