"Fabulous property, really well arranged house. The only real problem we had was that my two sons are tall, 6ft2 and 6ft4. They need beds without footboards (they had their partners with them, if they had been alone they could have slept diagonally in the bed) but those beds were in rooms with sloping ceilings. The landing and bathroom ceilings on the attic floor are particularly dangerous for the tall. They did bang their heads regularly inspite of me suggesting they went about on their knees up...

"Love this little place ! It’s clean tidy has everything you need and is on the river Beautiful sunsets and even better in a storm lay in bed cosy and warm watching the weather batter the lake A real little gem that we are so pleased we found and will be returning too If you want to be near the water and you like quirky and appreciate nature this is the perfect place, the swallows are stunning to watch and the ducks will visit for some snacks if your offering! A perfect spot to escape reality...

"I like the format at Cromer Country Club. Apartment style is great, I love that the cars are close but not in sight and there is no overlooking another apartment. Good facilities, good position. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Firstly, I came here last year and it's was an easy 10/10, but this time was different, I brought the family as we were attending an event near by, the 3 of them have disabilities and have poor mobility, the first problem we came across was that we were put in a part of the building where we had to climb stairs to get to our room, we didn't want to argue this because we just had a long drive and just wanted to refresh for the event but struggled to climb the stairs, secondly, the rooms we were given were above where they were having an event and we could hear music till 2330 and we were not able to calm down and get to sleep till after 0000, there was also a piano near the room and sombody was playing music pretty late, we ordered a double room and it only had one chair, where the twin room we had, had 3 chairs, breakfast was fine, but I have had betting in the likes of travel lodge and holiday inn expeess, but otherwise, the staff was great, the room were cleans and the swimming pool was great"

"The motion light for getting to the ground floor rooms was slow to come on, and a couple of times I stumbled to get to the room. Maybe the addition of a 'night light' in that stretch of hallway? Thank you to the staff member who discovered the I had left my wallet behind, and held it in after. I was still jet-lagged, and very traumatized about it, missed a prepaid train journey...but everything turned out ok in the end."

"On arrival radiator in room not working and still not working when we left after 3 nights . Day 2 we had electric heater provided. Continental breakfast was poor no fruit juices or fresh or fruit cocktail ( or tinned. No bread or toast machine butter or preserves . Small boxes of cereals and unappealing croissants were there. Although this is our personal opinion other guests were saying the same to us. The general Manager was very nice and needs a medal trying to get things sorted . The kitchen is contracted to outside. Caterers who are not under her control. I politely but firmly Made my complaints . The bar service was good and was well stocked."
