“This suite was in the lower level of a house near the historic district of Sioux Falls and very close to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had a table, 2 stools, sink, a frig, microwave, coffee maker & coffee, as well as a few glasses, paper plates, and utensils. Also a love seat, a little bar with two stools and a TV with Netflix. The bathroom supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of street parking in front of the house. I'd stay there again :)”

“Spotless home with everything we needed. Perfect location near Falls Park, historic district, museums and restaurants. Washer and dryer was a plus. Just a lovely home base for visiting Sioux Falls. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend with no hesitation. ”

“Great property for our needs. We visited Sioux Falls for our Grandson’s Birthday and our Granddaughter’s dance recital. The property had plenty of toiletries, coffee, creamer and things to do laundry. Our small dogs loved exploring the fenced in back yard. The only thing I might mention is that it’s an older home and might not be for everyone.”

“Best VRBO we have ever stayed at! Super comfortable and clean. The retro vibe was so fun throughout! We enjoyed the monkey bread provided. Loved the coffee, tea creamer and so many condiments! Also soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap you name it! And you never made it feel stingy like in other places that offer 2 pods for laundry! Tons of linens! You have thought of literally everything. We also appreciate the helpful small signs for hot water, tvs and what to do with our……

“This is a basement of a house. You share a joined entrance. Host was there when we arrived and showed us our space. Then we didn't see host again (no need to). Space was cool (which was nice on a super hot day!). In a quiet neighborhood setting. All was as described. A good space & nice for a night's rest.”
