"Location of this hotel is good. It is downtown and close proximity to Daikon Park and Toyota Center. The valet drop off pick up area is very confusing super busy at a very busy intersection that would be my chief complaint and of course, like most downtown towns of major cities, homeless people and people under the influence of certain substances make you feel a bit uneasy of going out once it gets dark not very amenities. You have free coffee, free water, which is great. They also offer toothbrushes and shoe covers razors, etc. at no additional cost."

"The room was very old, dusty and smelt like mildew. I told the staff and he told me thanks for letting him know. The room was $500 for two nights - only to have to pay $45 more a night for valet and looking at an old room that needs painting remodeling and the mildew smell removed. "

"This Ramada Inn has to be one of the best out of the franchise! The lobby was huge, it’s such a beautiful hotel with great amenities. Lui was such a delightful bartender, and I was very very impressed by the chef in the hotel’s restaurant! The food was amazing! Priced great! I will stay at this place every time i’m in Houston."
