“The communication between the front desk and the renter was not the greatest. They had no idea what was going on and gave us misleading information. The actual cabin was amazing very clean. It was perfect for our vacation. Love the beachfront. The names of the waterpark on the listing are completely wrong, so it’s very hard to find them . so an update listing is in order.!”

“I booked this this cabin after reading one review that said "best surprise". And i have to agree! This cabin advertised as able to sleep 6 and it fit our family of four perfectly (Mom, dad, 13yo, 9yo). The cabin was just off the main strip, sat right on the beach, and was so clean! (Rose Marie, the housekeeper, had the place looking and smelling brand new, i hated to let my boys go inside, lol!) “We loved the house. It was very clean and roomy. This house was built to be lived in. What a great location for a day visit to Macinaw Island or bridge access and northern Michigan. Some highlights: Red Tail Fox in back yard, Extra cedar sun room ( favorite morning coffee place), very comfortable beds and furnishings, Very Very clean, Fire pit with lots of outdoor seating, full kitchen, terrific master bedroom with spa tub and big walk-in showers. “This is a super cute little motel. It’s right in the middle of downtown, so walking distance from everything! It was perfect and the host was very nice and helpful with questions and also responded in a great amount of time! Would recommend and would stay here again! ”

“We booked this property for a last minute get away and we were pleasantly surprised! The room was cute and clean. The property owner was responsive and helpful. Parking was great and it was wonderfully situated close to shopping & restaurants. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The bathroom could use updating, but that maybe in the works as it sounds like the property may have changed hands recently? This isn’t the Ritz-Carlton nor should people expect it to be. “Well it was a good location upon arrival we found the cabin a bit dirty but within 5 minutes of me contacting the manager they had things back in order. The motel could be updated but the cabin was wonderful. Unfortunately they were doing road construction so it was a bit confusing to get in the parking lot wish they would have told us that before hand. Overall rating was a 5 because we were happy with how everything turned out. We would stay again. ”

“This will be our "Go To" place to stay in Mackinaw. By far the best place to stay if you like privacy, convenience and the perfect location. We slept 6 with no issues. Would be amazing for a couple. We will be back. ”
