The property is wonderful, clean, cozy, and well appointed. We had 9 people ages from 86 to 20 yrs old. The access for the older folks was nice. Just 2 steps up and with everything on one floor. Five steps down and a gentle slope to the beach and dock. It has a well stocked kitchen; Keurig, blender, toaster, coffee press, plenty of plates / silverware and serving stuff.
The water front is on a wetland / bay which is beautiful and nicely sheltered on a windy day. The bay has heavy weed cover and is ~4-6' deep with a channel cut out to Crosslake. We launched our 19' boat at the association launch, super nice and convenient. You can see it across the bay from the property. The two docks and great, we had just the one boat but there is space for two easily. Navigation out the channel was easy and having a dock protected form the larger lake and any weather was very nice.
The beach area was great for a quick dunk after a Sauna and would be perfect for small kids. For more substantial swimming you would likely head over to the association beach, just at the end of the channel. The fire pit at the lake / beach has a nice concrete patio surround and nice fire ring, the views at dusk over the bay / wetland are very peaceful. The Sauna was really fun, it take some commitment for the wood fired stove but was well worth the effort.
We had some rain and the garage space was great, we hung out played ping pong and cornhole. There is refrigerator out there too, handy for extra space and bar supplies.
The tree house was very cool. The views are great and it is very privet. We had some cool weather and it does have a heater. We we were very comfortable.
The owner checked in a couple times to be sure we had all the info we needed and they were very helpful.
This is a beautiful property, we had an epically good time.
