“No microwave was astonishing. No ice machine on the floor was also a problem (waited 20 mins for ice from reception). Bed is definitely outdated and uncomfortable.
Disappointing that nothing was complimentary (I guess the ice and soap were).
The bathroom and shower were great. Soaps were great.
We loved the silence.
The staffs energy and optimism could improve as well.”

“The front desk was amazing! They were very helpful. We went during one of the World Cup games and you wouldn't have known, we didn't have any issues with the breakfast or parking even with the hotel being fully booked. The room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean, and water was hot. It was quiet. The breakfast had traditional hotel breakfast items but it was really good and there was plenty of it. I would definitely book here again just based on the cleanliness and hotel staff!”

“My stay was very disappointing and reflected serious leadership and management issues.
The hotel is clearly outdated and does not justify the premium rates it charges. During the World Cup, room prices were nearly three times the normal rate, yet the level of service actually substandard. One of the elevators was out of service throughout my stay, creating long waits, and one day my room was not cleaned at all.
