"I don’t know what place those who gave this place a 5 stayed in but it couldn’t have been the one we stayed in. What hotel in 2026 doesn’t have at least one USB charging port? There is not a single place in the entire hotel to charge one’s phone. They could at least have a few portable chargers to loan out. I don’t have pictures because my phone died. For breakfast, the eggs were dry, bacon under cooked, and the French toast over cooked. The bathroom had bleach stains on the wall and some of the wallpaper was pealing. The toilet clapper didn’t always seat, so the water would continuously run. If you left the bathroom light on, because there was no night light, the loud fan would also run. The clock, that had the incorrect time, went off on its own when we were trying to sleep Outside smelled bad due to the nearby swamp. Attention to little details can make a difference."

"Pet friendly but the staff is so rude, non common sense at all, they called us at 7:00 AM to tell us that the payment for the pet fee hadn't gone through; they made us go down to the lobby at that hour to swipe the card again. We could did it before the check out like at 10 am but they didn’t realized that. So we couldn’t rest properly to continue with our trip."

"Très bel hôtel propre et vaste ! Par contre vous ne devriez pas écrire déjeuner inclus ,clest juste un café avec un mini muffin c'est quand même spécial mais peut être pause café . Le reste tout est bien!"
