"The property smelled like old cigarettes. We booked this place as it advertised a hot tub and pool, which we found out were closed upon arrival. We stood at registration for about 10 minutes before someone came out of a room halfway down the hall with their dog in tow. He seemed agitated and hyper. The gentleman also reeked of cigarette smoke. For some reason he took a xerox copy of my drivers license and credit card at check in, which i was unable to retrieve in the morning beause again, staff was no where to be found. About 9p as i was getting ready to lay down, they tried running an old card on file, which obviously declined in the 5 years since staying there. I was curious why they copied my current card at check in to run an old card. Anyway, this resulted with the front desk clerk banging on our door like we were some kind of scammer, when he didnt pay attention or listen at check in. We attempted to ask for extra pillows and a blanket but again the desk staff was MIA. I ended up taking the couch pillows from the lobby and wrapping them in a towel to use. We could have taken the couch out of the lobby and no one would have been around to stop us. I returned them in the morning and no was around then either. There was hair in the shower, stuck on the walls. The breakfast included hostess donuts broken into smaller servings in ziplock baggies. I wasnt expexting much for the cost, but this certainly missed the very low bar. A lot has changed since visiting last. "
