"very dirty room Everything was very dirty in the hotel and in the room"

"Overall, this property met our basic need as a group of six. Unfortunately, the sleeping arrangements were a bit uncomfortable/inconvenient. The movie room was cute but the couch came apart while guests were sleeping on it. The listing says that it sleeps eight but it really could only sleep five comfortably - two in the queen bed and three in the full bed with trundle. The movie room shouldn’t be considered a bedroom due to the couch arrangement. There was an air mattress but there wasn’t really a good place to put it in the house - so we had to put it in the small area between the kitchen/dining area/living room.The kitchen was pretty well-equipped. It was nice that they had a coffee maker and filters. The back yard was spacious with some seating and fire pit. The children liked the hammock.The bathrooms were nice - felt luxurious. Plenty of hot water for the group. Overall, the place was good enough for a couple nights but I don’t know that we would stay here again. There are some issues in the home - like the vent fan in the hall bath doesn’t work, peeling paint, some of the fixtures aren’t secured right. Not anything major but it made the place feel cheap and made me worry we would be held responsible for the issues we found when we arrived. It’s obvious pets (likely cats) have been in the home - damage to the furniture was noted on our arrival. "

"Convenient location, room was sort of clean, used toilet paper roll and a makeup towel with lipstick stains was left in our room but no smell to the room, kind of had a sewage smell outside but it wasn’t too bad, they have free breakfast but the eggs smelled bad so we went across the street for McDonald’s. Can hear everything outside of your room we could hear people walking up and down the stairs and walking by our room even with the door shut.Pool is not heated so wasn’t accessible yet. Overall not a pleasant stay."

"Breakfast was good Bathroom could be upgraded a little.Bed was comfortable the pillows could have been better. They really need to put coffee makers in the room. That was a big downfall for me"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the back side next to the highway and it very noisy. I asked for another room and they were very understanding and change my room. I would recommend this hotel but ask not to be put in a room next to the highway. "

"Room was nice, very clean and the free breakfast was good. The only disappointing thing was that the pool and Jacuzzi were not very clean. I would stay again though. "
