「My stay was not very comfortable. The air conditioner was caked with dust/dirt, the paint from the wall was bubbling, falling off the wall, there were holes in the shower, there was such a big gap underneath the door someone literally could have laid down, looked under my door and seen inside the room. My room also had bugs! The cleaning staff was also loud as all get out all hours of the night, slamming doors, slamming their rolling cart all down the hallways. I paid almost $200 for two nights...

「It is too dirty. A lot dust in the top of the toilet. No small towels for us. even have spider web in the cover of the toilet. Crazy. 」

In this hotel, we used the washing machines and dryers. So convenient. The room was very comfortable, the beds were amazing, the bathroom and shower were great! I highly recommend this hotel.」

The room was filthy, and when we asked simply for the floor to be mopped we were met with attitude. The breakfast was very limited and not child friendly. All the sheets and towels were stained terribly.」

When we booked this year I hoped she would be there still and she is. She goes above and beyond to ensure guests have what they need, even personally delivering extra towels to our room.
