"It was the worst communication I’ve ever experienced I talked the 2 people the day I was arriving to my hotel and they both were very respectful and told me the check on time I gave them was okay as long as I let them know. I call I hr before I get there a new lady at the desk so rude told me I could check into my room even after I told her I talked to 2 people that same day and someone else a couple days prior to my booking. I would like to say I’m very disappointed "

"The booking reservation said cribs were available and when we checked they advised they don’t have any cribs and have never had them. The door to the room was bowed and difficult to shut. It was not hanging right on the hinges. The AC was set at 70 degrees and the room was 59 degrees when we went to bed and 61 degrees in the room when we woke up. The sheets were soft though. "

"First time I stayed in such a dirty Hilton place. Understandably, it reflects on the rest of Jackson's downtown - used to have some charm, but now sits lonely and forgotten. Nicest staff, though. Very helpful and charming. "

"Staff were nice. Bed was comfortable. The towel rack and tissue dispenser were badly rusted. Plug fell out of the outlet. The preformed eggs were weird."
