「Communication and staff excellent. Very clean. Location is good. First floor studio VERY noisy as regards the traffic, hence the earplugs provided. I was fortunately able to move to the fourth floor, thank you. Would recommend.」

「The location is central just 10mins walk to the train station and metro. I got assistance and my questions answered very quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast places were nice and delicious. 」

「The staff were professional and helpful. However, the lobby was uncomfortably hot and still decorated for Christmas. Our room was also warm with no temperature control. The ceiling fan did not work the 2nd night. Drain in the shower was blocked and shower water backed up into the apartment. Pool was closed for repairs.」

「At first,we were provided a room which did not match the one shown as the pictures on Expedia’s website. The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio. We tried to contact the host , they were not very helpful at the beginning, saying the pictures are taken from different apartments, after a long communication, they move us to a bigger apartment which is better. 「非常一般的商務酒店，房間內除了兩卷廁所紙外，沒有其它任何配備。酒店非常的簡潔，連工作人員都沒幾個。只有幾台自助販賣機，包括咖啡機在內。」

「第二晚的熱水供應系統有問題，且未主動告知，直到反應後才說正在處理中，處理態度不夠積極。雖然這問題不大，但是現在歐洲氣溫晚上都很冷，所以特別希望他們能多注意。」
