"The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. "The price did NOT match the quality of the hotel. We changed rooms 3 times because of dirty sheets and old liquor bottles left in the room. The lobby floors were slick with water and filthy. I tried to call multiple times throughout the day of our check in to reserve a crib for our little one and could not get through to the front desk. They didn’t have any by the time we got there… When we arrived we learned there were no extra pillows and they weren’t receiving a shipment for 2 weeks. Also, the pool closed at 8 and that was the main reason we chose the hotel was so our children could enjoy swimming. The staff we spoke with were very nice, but not helpful for what we needed. I always try to stay at Holiday Inn Express if one is available, but this one is an absolute no-go for us again. $156 of dirt and disappointment."
