Despite them saying that they’re available to respond to calls, even at night, they never answered my calls or voicemails to check in. Luckily, I downloaded my messages which gave me the code to my room, which is available from the outside. I also left early the next morning and people weren’t there, and I forgot to call later to check out. Clearly, nothing happened, and I was charged normally for the night...
