Room was adequate but toilet was lacking. Breakfast was lacking with very bad coffee. Wi-Fi did not work on my second day stay .I left my prepaid room to stay at different hotel so I could make my WiFi phone calls necessary. Paid two nights, stayed one.

Good mid-priced hotel

My first time staying here. Wonderful helpful staff. The location is great, in the heart of El Centro with the Tranvia at your doorstep. The breakfast was excellent with many choices both hot and cold, lots of fresh fruit. There is parking available 1/2 block away, at $14.00 per day. Strongly recommend.

Although the location is great, the hotel needs attention. I am not sure if the staff are overworked but they were nice some days and some others no so much. The offer a safety box in the room but there was nothing secure about it, anybody can easily walk away with the whole thing. I would not stay again.

Una suite delux in foto che sembra accogliente e con vasca jacuzzi come nuova o tenuta bene e invece trovi arredi vecchi, bagno con evidenti macchie nel piatto doccia (sembra sporco)jacuzzi rotta.Letto scomodo. Colazione ristretta e zero attenzione al cliente o quasi. Da rimodernare assolutamente e attenzione al cliente da migliorare !Delusione immensa!
