This modern on the sea" property is a tropical sea view villa located on the North side of the island of Saint Martin French Part. Villa La Belle Lurette is in a very quiet place with sea view and sunrise every morning in front of Marine Park and Pinel Island!

The villa offer 3 bedrooms, one master with a king size bed, and bathroom ensuite and bedrooms with queen size bed and a shared bathroom. A modern open plan living and dining area. There is a spacious open terrace with a salt swimming pool overlooking the tranquil and peaceful views of Pinel island and St Barts island.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned with one having her bathroom and two others have a shared nice shower bathroom. The master bedroom enjoys direct pool and sea views. The property has all facilities available including water (with a private cistern) electricity, Fiber internet network, pool treatments, gardener, housekeeping and exclusive manager.

Overall this tropical modern pool villa offers great value, in an exclusive neighbourhood with spectacular sea-views. A private parking is available for you for two cars

Our stunning marine park is a wonderful area for holidays. From your villa, jump on the kayaks and discover two islands, one of which has restaurants and beach chairs (the famous Pinel Island), a large sand bank, snorkeling spots, and so many species of animals: Pelicans, rays, turtles, and a wide variety of birds.

- The Area -
The Villa is located on the north coast of French Saint-Martin, where you will find stunning beaches, many restaurants to choose from (beach bars and night restaurants), a large supermarket, souvenir shops, french bakery, wine and gourmet stores, local fishery, and many activities to choose from, all at a couple minutes drive: boating tours, bareboat rental, parasailing, jet-skis, horse back riding, touristic tours, water sports, rhum tasting, and so much more!

Review of Cul De Sac

We just returned from a week stay at this villa. Everything about the villa was great, including the location. We were just a few minutes away from Grand Case, Orient Beach, and Anse Marcel and very close to numerous grocery stores and places to eat. We loved having the kayaks to paddle around and the villa was nicely appointed. We would definitely stay here again.
