“I wasn’t going to leave a review, but this morning I received two messages from the host saying that if I leave a 5 star review, I will get 50. This to me seems super disingenuous and unfair to future guests who are being lied to. Our *honest* review on this stay is that it was 3/5. The house was clean (5/5 there), however ammenities were flimsy and cheap (all Kmart brand) which made using them hard. There were no scissors, knives were too blunt to use, plates so cheap they were paper thin and……

Arrived on 39* day, house hot and stuffy, no aircon, no way to cool it down 3 floor fans for cooling.
Unable to open front door to allow breeze due to no screen..
Had to take kids to club for aircon to cool down.
No view of water from house.

“Our stay at Le Vista, Culburra Beach was terrible. We stayed here for a family member's 30th birthday and we all left wishing we'd have stayed home and saved our money. Our issues were numerous. To begin with the balcony railing was loose on the front balcony. A child could have slipped through and off the balcony to the ground below, this was a major safety issue! The yard isn't secure - one side doesn’t have a fence which means that children and pets can run out onto the road. We paid an extra……

“We thought it was very well appointed. Immaculatey clean. The down side was the fly screeens and window locks have see better days. They also need to secure the fence where the gate is to secure pet safety. Also the washing line area needs a tidy up. An awning on the upper deck would relieve the heat as it’s difficult to sit out there in the full sun and enable guests to utilise the area in showery days as we experienced. Other than that we loved it. Stunning location. ”
