Sunny penthouse to rent in Cullera with sea views just 30 minutes from Valencia on one of the quietest and least crowded beaches of Cullera.

Wake up to seeing the sunrise on the beach .... Price all included: wifi free, bed sheeting, towels, centralized air conditioning, SUN, swimming-pool, beach and relax....

Penthouse with spectacular views of sea and mountain within 30 minutes from valencia. WIFI included.



Located in Cap Blanc, the most exclusive and quiet residential area of Cullera. It's ideal for your family holidays.



The apartment has a terrace of 33 square meters. You can have breakfast, lunch, dine, sunbathe, relax, play and enjoy the view on the terrace.



The attic has three bright rooms, 2 rooms with double bed and 1 with 2 single bed, a spacious dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms, one with bath and the other one with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, etc..



Important: the apartment has air conditioning throughout the house. You will not spend heat in summer or cold in winter. As our reviews demonstrate, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the apartment very seriously. Cleaning is performed by a certified professional cleaning company. The bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best known hotels and hospitals of the province.



The living room is bright and spacious. It has a sofa and a armchair to enjoy a nap after lunch or watch TV. It also has a large table where they can eat comfortably 6 people. You can also eat at the terrace's table.... do you know how lovely it is to have dinner under stars?



The holiday home has a sunshade automation, press a button and you has shade on the terrace anytime. Important: the apartment has air conditioning throughout the house. You will not spend heat in summer or cold in winter.



Also has a communal pool, course overlooking the sea and the mountain on which the building is constructed. This has a private parking reserved.



It is one of the least crowded beaches in Cullera. Even in August there are no crowds. There are two ways to access at the Cap Blanc beach, by the elevators in the building or by car, is easy to park within the housing development.



This apartment is ideal for couples and families with childrens.



You have your private parking space. There is a Consum supermarket 3 minutes by car and 15 minutes walk (900m).

There are good restaurants of delicious PAELLA just 15 minutes walk (800m), too sites takeaway.

As soon as you make the reservation we will give you a “DIY” guide with touristic recommendations ; Cullera, Valencia, where to eat, sites to see and sites to not see, and all the things that you can enjoy these days and we have experienced before....

Cullera has a coastline of 15 kilometers of beautiful beaches of fine sand and transparent waters. The Mediterranean sea is very calm, perfect for children. Cullera also has a dog friendly beach, do not leave your pet at home!



It is important to highlight that the origin of the paella is from Valencia. In fact, the rice fields surround Cullera and in any restaurant you can taste a delicious and traditional Valencian paella.



The weather in Cullera and its more than 320 sunny days per year are perfect for a relaxing holiday with very pleasant temperatures throughout the year. There are many things to see, do and visit in Cullera and surroundings!



Important!: You can leave your car at the Cullera train station and just 25 minutes you can be in Valencia city center. In the same North Station, a short walk from the Town Hall Square and the Old City.

There are trains every 30 minutes to Valencia.

Although we didn’t get the chance to stay in this stunning penthouse due to the natural disaster that recently struck Valencia, I wanted to share my experience with the host. Valencia was hit particularly hard, and it would have been nearly impossible to reach the location due to the widespread impact. As soon as we saw the news, we emailed the host, and he responded immediately. He kept us informed with timely updates on the situation around the region, even though his property was not damaged. His communication and attentiveness were exceptional and made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. While we couldn’t experience the property firsthand, the host’s professionalism and genuine concern for his guests have left a positive impression. I would highly recommend this place based on our interactions.

A great time in Cullera

Our host and staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. We greatly enjoyed the Penthouse and all the amenities it offers. Cullera is beautiful and quiet, a great launching pad for area adventures, only a short drive ro Valencia.

Bel appartement et Vue imprenable

Un séjour parfait. Un hôte attentionné et toujours prêt à dépanner. Nous aurions pu mettre « 5.1 »😉 s’il ne manquait pas quelques ustensiles de cuisine. Fenêtres et volets roulants à revoir, mais c’est prévu ! Et la petite salle de bains un peu petite et pas pratique pour des personnes âgées. Résidence tranquille et sûre. On recommande !

Fantastischer Familienaufenthalt am Cap Blanc

wir sind hierher nach Cullera für einen entspannten Relax- und Badeurlaub gekommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Beim Betreten des schönen Terrassen-Balkons eröffnet sich der fantastische Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer. Sowohl am Tag als auch in der Nacht immer wieder ein Genuss, den Blick schweifen zu lassen. Auch der sehr gepflegte Sandstrand hat uns angenehm überrascht. Weit über 50m ins Meer läuft man hinein und steht im ca. 28° warmen Wasser. Den Gin Tonic von der Strandbar arbeitet man sich bei der Rückkehr in das Appartement durch ein paar zu bewältigende Treppen unterstützt durch lustige Aufzüge wieder ab :-) . Oder man legt einen Zwischenstopp am hauseigenen Pool ein. Ein Auto ist generell empfohlen, kann für Restaurantbesuche, etc. in der zur Urbanisation gehörendem Parkplatz in der Nähe vom Strand gut abgestellt werden - Strandpromenade generell fußläufig erreichbar. Appartement ist sehr geräumig, gepflegt und Küche mit Backofen, Herd, Toaster etc. sehr gut ausgestattet. Gonzalo, der uns persönlich sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen hat, sowie Vicente, sind exzellent erreichbar, extrem hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tipps rund um die Region. Alle waren rundum begeistert.

A perfect piece of paradise

We we’re 2 couples travelling along the coast of Spain this summer when we lucked out in finding this gem! The apartment was perfect for us and we spent every evening enjoying the view from our balcony. For those who want a workout, walking down to the beachfront and back will surely provide you with exercise you crave, but for everyone else, a car is ideal. This quaint little seaside village now has us rethinking our future retirement plans. The apartment suited us very nicely and we would book this apartment again without hesitation.
