“Unfortunately due to my daughter being unwell we were unable to stay at this property, I have given it a 1 star rating as I had no communication from the owner at all other than to request payment & didn’t even acknowledge that , I did inform her that I wouldn’t be able to stay but still no response! Very poor way to conduct business! Politeness and acknowledgment costs nothing ”
