Our family trip

Our family trip this year by far has been my favorite because of this wonderful cabin. The most perfect setting while it was snowing and being able to enjoy the place entirely. My family really enjoyed our short stay. Owners are so kind and very helpful whenever I reached out. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway.

Ski getaway

We had a lovely time at this rustic cabin near Wisp resort. The house was incredibly cozy and well stocked and the hottub was fantastic in the evening. We had easy access to the Wisp resort for skiing and tubing. Grocery stores were close by. Dale was incredibly helpful and communicative and even though we had to cut our stay short because of an impending snow storm, we had a terrific time and would definitely stay again!

Cozy Holiday Getaway

This cozy cabin has it all! Great location near all area attractions, well appointed kitchen and stocked essentials, and an amazing deck/hot tub/fire pit area. We loved being nestled in the woods, relaxing in the cabin, and trying out local places to eat. Plenty of room for the five of us (including a toddler), with comfortable furnishings. If you want a clean, quiet, and relaxing stay, and a host who truly cares about their property and guests, this place is for you!

Perfection in a cabin

Starting with the most amazing communication from our host Dale to the cleanest most equipped cabin full of games beautiful rustic lighting extremely cozy and did I say clean very clean and organized. My big family and I created the most amazing memories that will last a lifetime. I can not wait to visit again.

Cozy weekend

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Located very close to wisp resort. The hot tub was the a great touch to all the snow we received. The cabin gave a very cozy feel and accommodated all our needs. I was really excited to use the outdoor fire pit, and it appeared to be an excellent evening spot to enjoy some wine or roast marshmallows, but unfortunately due to all the snow we were unable to use it this time. Will be back!

Beautiful cabin in the woods close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay at Dale and Sean's property. The house is very comfortable, super clean, and has the most beautiful and inviting backyard. It is a perfect place to relax in nature. The owner was very kind and responsive. We loved our stay and plan to go back.

Cozy cabin in the woods

We had such a fun and comfy stay at Dale's place! She is a great host and the cabin is so full of character, with tons of games, books and movies available for use. The place was spotless and the kitchen and pantry were both fully stocked with pretty much any item you could need (even marshmallows to toast over the firepit!). Super cute and very warm and cozy - it has a secluded feel to it, yet is very close to many activities. My kids absolutely loved it. This one is for sure a keeper...we will be back. Thanks for your hospitality, Dale!

Cozy Cabin

We had wonderful weekend getaway to this cute cabin at DCL. The host was so accommodating and communicative. The cabin was warm and the backyard area was magical with the lights, firepit, and hot tub. We enjoyed hiking in Swallow Falls and great food at Fire Water! Will definitely go back!

Perfect long weekend

The cabin was perfect for our 3 night stay (me, my three boys and my friend). Bedrooms and bathroom's were lovely and clean. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. Our booking was not working at first and the host was very helpful, great communication. We LOVED the backyard. The porch was so cozy and my boys had fun playing on the rocks. We had breakfast on the porch each morning. We had a long day fire and dinner over the fire pit one day which was so fun!! The location is great and easy to find your way around!

Restful Retreat (November 8-10)

Our group of 4 had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in the Charming Cabin! The detail of decor and lighting lent to the cozy cabin feel. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking meals in the fully-stocked kitchen while a cozy fire crackled in the fireplace. The backyard fire pit and seating area was perfect! Located very close to shops and restaurants, yet private and wooded for a great feel of escaping into the woods! Dale & Sean provided so many great recommendations, which helped us to get the most from our stay. What a gorgeous hike! We ended a long day of exploring roasting marshmallows around the campfire followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub. It was a wonderful stay and we plan to return, both separately and with our families. Thank you, Dale & Sean, for your lovely accommodations!

Cozy cabin for a winter getaway

My family loved this cozy cabin near Deep Creek Lake. The kitchen was well stocked, the cabin was clean and comfortable. Dale sent so much helpful information to make our stay was easy . We went for a winter skiing and tubing adventure and it snowed all weekend. Perfect! The man that plowed the neighborhood was right on top of it so we had no problems at all getting around.

Incredible cabin

I can’t even express how incredible this cabin was. It’s absolutely beautiful and the natural rocks add such an appeal that pictures don’t do it justice. Dale, our host, was awesome!! She sent us pages of recommendations and need to know stuff that truly helped make our weekend even better!! We will definitely be back to this cabin and plan to stay at least another day. It truly was magical!!

Fall escape

Timing was perfect, grounds were carpeted with colorful leaves. Cabin is warm and cozy. Just off the main road, yet you feel buried in the woods....minutes from everything. Communications were above and beyond, directions on what is where in the house, suggestions of places to go, eat, do, etc........Great experience, great weekend. We were sorry it had to end.

AMAZING place!

This property exceeded our expectations. Me and a couple friends decided to have a girls trip in deep creek. this place was the perfect place! it was beautiful, private, and clean. The AC and temp in the place was great, no issues with electricity, water heaters, or hot tub. Everything was so clean and nice! Owners are extremely responsive and kind, sent so many good recommendations, and always answered every question! This place was perfect. We had a group of 5, and i feel that’s the perfect amount. we never used to sofa bed, so I think 8 people is the perfect amount if you use all the beds! This place was so perfect!

Pick this cabin!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this cabin and the wonderful owners!! The owners were AMAZING to work with from responding so quickly to emails to sending so many recommendations/tips for our trip. The cabin itself was perfect! Clean and so cozy! The place was stocked with spices one may forget to pack, marshmallows for the fire, dishes, cookware, the works. The outdoor space is magical with the string lights and the quietness while relaxing in the hot tub. It was just overall a great experience and we will definitely go back soon. You won’t regret choosing this house, I can promise you that!
