"We stay in Big Canoe a lot and this is by far the best location. It is an easy drive from the gate and conveniently located to the club house, golf course, rec center and rock slide. Also, the property is very clean and very nice. I love it that they welcome your dog. The kitchen is well appointed with extra touches that are greatly appreciated. We have stayed at Harley's Hideaway before and we will stay there again."

"This home was really special. It was eautiful and comfortable. Quiet and secluded. But what made it so special was all the little extras that you don't often find. From flaslight on the bedside table ( which we didn't need, but if we had...) to extra toilet paper to bath robes for the hot tubs to a hundred other things. We would love to do it again!"

"We’ve made several trips to this area but this was our first stay close to downtown. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. And the bonus was, we happened to be there for the Bear on the Square festival! It was sooo nice to not have to struggle for parking!! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean."

Up-to-date kitchen with all the amenities, nice bedrooms, a gas fireplace which kept the place quite warm, more than adequate bathroom, nice property and a firepit outside. "I waited too late to find a place to stay for Thanksgiving, but as it so happens, that allowed me to find this cabin. Since it was Thanksgiving/November, we weren't interested in using the dock, but we did walk down to it and it was quite far. The parking is a little tight if you park next to the garage, but if you park in front of the garage, it's on an incline and you may stick out into the street depending on the size of your vehicle.
