Accommodation in the historic center of Cuneo 20 meters from Via Roma, in an ancient palace called Barra di Ferro, where King Umberto I stayed. Its position offers an ideal spot to visit Cuneo and all the surrounding valleys, including the Langhe. Totally renovated and complete with all the comforts it can accommodate 4 people, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the sofa bed in the living room you will have 55 sqm. in a cozy and discreet environment, with bike parking in the closed courtyard

Bel appartement bien situé

L'appartement est situé près de la via Roma dans une rue calme. Les pièces sont grandes et fonctionnelles. Cuneo et les environs méritent un séjour de plusieurs jours tant pour la gastronomie piémontaise que pour les paysages et oeuvres d'art. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Wonderful apartment, great town!

We only stayed three nights in Cuneo, way to short. The apartment had excellent air conditioning and everything we required for a comfortable and restful stay. The apartment is centrally located, but parking was convenient and allowed for an easy in and out of the town. Cuneo is beautiful: plenty of things to do and see, plus excellent restaurants close by. Best of all, Silvio was a fabulous host who was responsive and cared about our particular needs. We will be back!

Vacanza in 2 coppie di amici. Appartamento accogliente, pulito e funzionale, a due passi dalla via principale del centro storico. Silvio, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile! Unica piccola nota: aggiungeremmo nella descrizione che non è presente un bidet. In generale esperienza più che positiva!

Awesome host, clean and spacious apartment

Renting this apartment from Silvio was an outstanding experience. The apartment was just as clean as the pictures show, and was even more spacious. The kitchen had all we needed to cook our own meals. It was a comfortable home away from home for our almost two-week stay in Cuneo. Silvio was an outstanding host to work with. He was friendly and very accommodating to a few requests and needs. He was always willing to communicate and assist with any questions. We would gladly rent this apartment from Silvio again.
