「Property was Nice and very open to the shopping center. The Pool wasn't in used and didn't know until after checking in. But it was nice stay, until it was time to check out and the young lady behind the counter was very rude. The warm welcome that I received when checking in and leaving was very different. 」

「We have stayed at Sleep Inn in Tyler a few times. It has always been clean with a friendly staff. Will probably stay there again in the future. 」

「I had booked the Family Evolution Room, but when I should up they stuck me in room much smaller & was not the room I paid for. the hotel is defiantly showing its age. we were on the 3rd floor & the 3rd floor ice machine was out of order. so we needed ice we had to go down a floor which didnt matter b/c there was no ice bucket in the room anyways. the pool & hot tub were okay for as old as the hotel is & for not being maintained very well.」

「Breakfast menu did not look or taste fresh. Smoking pot on the 3rd floor was so bad. Had to Complain a couple of times but seems like the staff didn’t care bc they said it happens all the time and they can’t stop it.」
