Apartment block "Aires de mar", 3 storeys, built in 1998. In the resort, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Grocery 100 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop, railway station "Cunit" 850 m, sandy beach 30 m. Riding stable 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: railway line closeby 10 m from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. No trains between 22.54 and 05,29 hrs. The shared area measures 300 m2 and is fenced and terraced.
3-room penthouse 68 m2 on 3rd floor. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, satellite TV, digital TV, hi-fi system, DVD, air conditioning and fan. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed, air conditioning and fan. 1 room with 2 beds and fan. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer) with dining table, fan. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating, air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace 32 m2, terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (5). View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. The noise from the trains was really disruptive. It woke me up early and made it hard to enjoy quiet

I had a disappointing time at this rental mainly because of no Wifi and it's very close to a busy train track. The noise from the trains starts at 5:00 AM and doesn't stop until midnight. This made it hard to relax or sleep well. The rental owner was very helpful and friendly, but the noise from the trains was really disruptive. It woke me up early and made it hard to enjoy quiet time. I wish I had known about this before I booked, as it definitely would have changed my decision.
