"Between 2 families, we booked 3 rooms. 1 room AC didn’t work for 2 days - changed rooms which was fine after that.
Staff seemed like they didn’t want to help. We waited at kids club booth several times to play pickleball - but there was no one ever there. I walked around asking for help, staff just said they didn’t know - not willing to help.
Bartenders were great and friendly.
Entertainment was good but seating was limited and small.
Appreciated walking distance into town- which is amazing to check out.
Pools were nice and big. Also checked out neighboring hotel’s amenities. We wanted to do the walking mangrove trail but it was a charge — to walk ! That seemed dumb.
Beach was small yet nice. Rough waters behind the barrier though. Public beaches were calmer and more serene.
At check-in, we weren’t told about using the other hotel’s amenities-we just walked around and figured it out. Front desk staff definitely should have included that in.
