「Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. The hotel manager also held a cocktail evening, a perfect chance for us to meet all the management group and had a chance to talk with other hotel guests.」

「The hotel is located at isolated place which make it perfect for holiday. the best time there is when I was in the pool watching the sunset. The staff is kind and helpful, but the manager keep saying weird Chinese to us, and the wifi definitely need improved.」

「Unhappy staff, slightly arrogant management, and forgot to make up our room for once and the receptionist came up with several excuses for that, instead of rushing up to solve the problem. But this has been satisfying compensated in the end, that's good. Positive points: nice breakfast, beautiful architecture and swimming pool.」

「Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. 」

Die Zimmer (gleiche Kategorie) sind durch ihre Lage und ihre baulichen Gegebenheiten jedoch sehr unterschiedlich. Die Zimmer oberhalb des Restaurants sind insbesondere in den Abendstunden von Lärm betroffen - darüber hinaus ist die Toilette wie auch die Dusche zwar von einer Wand, aber keiner Decke vom Zimmer getrennt.」

「We loved the location, the room looking down with ocean view. Room was clean and perfect everyday when we come back, thanks to the staffs. They are very helpful and the Creole dinner they served was superb. Not to mention the home made coconut ice cream and coconut nougat. 」

Kommunikation und Umgang waren stets einwandfrei, sehr liebevoll, ma merkt, dass Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben wird und einem viel entgegengekommen wird, so konnten wir ein Taxi bestellen, Fahrräder ausleihen oder sogar vor der offiziellen Frühstückszeit essen, weil wir zu einer Tour losmussten. 「Wunderschöne Unterkunft , umgeben von einem tropischen Garten. Der Bungalow hat alles, was man braucht als Selbstversorger und die Lage ist super als Startpunkt in alle Richtungen der Insel. Außerdem wurden wir super beraten, was es alles auf der Insel zu entdecken gibt und von dem Chef Stephan Wurden eigentlich alle Wünsche erfüllt, ob es Fahrräder, frischer Fisch oder Ähnliches ist. Alles ist sehr sauber und toll angelegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns einfach nur wohl...

「Personalen var mycket trevliga. Sängarna, katastrof med hårda fjädrar som känns i ryggen. Städning varje dag men slarvigt med mycket skit under sängarna. Nice polområde men lite för trångt. Helheten ok. 」
