O hotel é ótimo. Confortável e com um café da manhã excelente. Estranhamos um pouco o cheiro de cigarro no quarto, considerando que se tratava de ambiente onde não é permitido fumar.

O hotel é velho, os dois elevadores existentes são pequenos e velhos, no meu apto chamado flat, tinha um microondas, um fogão, o frigobar e 2 copos, falam que é só pedir os utensílios, mas pedi um abridor de garrafas e não fui atendida!! O telefone do quarto estava mudo, a pia do banheiro não escoava mto bem!

Eu me hospedei com minha família de 4 pessoas, achei que o quarto é confortável para no máximo 3 pessoas, pois uma das camas disponibilizadas o colchão era muito fino e pequeno o que traz um certo desconforto e também ficou pequeno o espaço que seria camas adicionais onde se localiza a cozinha e uma das camas fazia muito barulho ao se virar, também é possível ouvir o barulho dos outros hospedes nos quartos ao lado, mas isto não é culpa do hotel e sim dos hospedes que não tem bom senso. Sobre o banheiro, achei grande e espaçoso. O quarto em se também é espaçoso para 2 pessoas, roupas de cama e banho tudo limpo e a troca foi feita diariamente das roupas de banho. O hotel disponibiliza café da manhã que na minha opinião foi muito bom, tudo bem organizado e com várias opções pães, bolos, frutas, cereais, frios, sucos, bolos, muito bom!! Sobre o atendimento da recepção foram sempre muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Com certeza recomendo este hotel e na próxima vez que eu for vou me hospedar com eles novamente!! A localização também é boa.

Boa, mas pode melhorar

Boa. Acomodação boa, porém o chuveiro ficava variando de água muito quente para água muito fria toda hora. Cafe da manha razoavel mas não tinha opção de chapa para esquentar o pão (funcionario alegou que quebrou e nao compraram outra) e não poderiam fazer isso na cozinha.

Recepção e cafe da manha muito bons.A cobrança da garagem não justifica o valor pois não ha manobrista .o ponto negativo é a limpesa do apto.por dois dias seguidos não houve serviço se arrumação,chegamos por volta das 16 horas e apto ainda não estava arrumado e tivemos que aguardar 1hora e meia para podermos entrar.Este foi o segundo dia sem arrumação e mesmo assim os itens basicos :sabonete,copos e xampu não foram repostos.Nota ZERO para Governança.
