Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Horrible experience!
They are horrible!!!!! I arrived for check in and they didn’t have any room available , I had a paid reservation and they booked me at a cheap hotel in a very sketchy area. I felt unsafe and very disrespected because I was with my family and they put everyone in risk!!!! Don’t trust your book because they oversold and you gonna have a room in a cheap and different hotel!

Very nice, clean hotel right near the bus station (7 minute walk), good breakfast, very convenient location, friendly staff.

O quarto é simples, nada velho demais, é bem amplo, dependendo do andar a vista é bem bonita pois tem sacada, o chuveiro é razoavelmente bom. Resumindo o cusyo benefício é otimo, só não gostamos muito da cama. Estávamos no oitavo andar e ouvimos um pouquinho de barulho pois o hotel fica literalmente na avenida e em frente a estação rodoviária e de trem, mas quem vai viajar para acordar tarde ? rs. O cafe é so ate as 10h, rs. No mais, voltaremos sim, dependendo do preco.

Mau atendimento no aspecto que eramos duas senhoras 67 e 80 anos e um.homem de moletas, ninguem se quer se levantou para ajudar com.bagagem ou ate mesmo segurar a porta do elevador . Colchão em.péssimmo estado rotos e com cheiro de mofo. A porta de.correr do ap. Não tranca. A casa de banho chão.sujo. porta de vidro muito sujas e manchadas.

Reservei para minha família pela segunda vez em um intervalo de um mês. Na primeira vez chegaram à noite e foram bem atendidos, porém ontem chegaram de dia e a equipe era outra. Foram muito mal atendidos.

Razoável, atende pelo preço mais baixo, ainda assim poderia ser melhor. A cama é confortável e o atendimento é bom. O prédio precisa de reformas, bem antigo e o quarto tinha um cheiro de fechado com velho, o chuveiro não tava ajustado e o banheiro no geral bem antigo. O elevador não ligava os números, café da manhã fraco, tv não tem opção de streaming. O estacionamento só tem a opção pago e está uns 100m do hotel.

Pelo valor e localização, voltaria ao hotel.
Bom custo benefício, ótima localização, frente rodoviária e ao lado mercado público. Estacionamento pago uns 100m do hotel, não foi oferecido manobrista em todos os horários. Bom café da manhã. Sobre o quarto é simples, mas funcional e confortável. No banheiro poderia dar uma atenção na pintura e trocar e trocar as toalhas, bem usadas, e o frigobar tem q limpar e deixar a porta aberta para não deixar água condensada, cheiro ruim na hora do uso, provavelmente só desligam o frigobar eu tive q limpar antes de usar ... Mas pelo valor e localização, voltaria ao hotel.
