Pedi toalhas na recepção porque tinha um vazamento de água no meu quarto e utilizei a toalha pra aparar a água, o chuveiro alagava o quarto e não me trouxeram a toalha depois de pedir por 3 vezes, saí sem tomar banho. No checking nada amigável ! Não voltaria .

Nice staff and very good breakfast, although in our second day it looked like the staff was having trouble keeping all items stocked. Some things in the room were not working (lighting and exhaust fan in bathroom), and the room itself was a little smaller than expected. No place to set luggage. But ...
