"When we arrived, Chris met us at the door. Shortly after we met Matt. I cannot say enough about these two guys. Outstanding personalities. They made us feel like we owned the cottage. We were right at home including the back oasis with the saltwater pool and the Lanai. Water was pretty chilly, but it did not stop me from getting in. I could write a short book on our 4 days stay but you just got to check it out for yourself. We also loved the fact it's in the Historic district and is a documented...

"This house is beautiful- seems to have been renovated and/or recently redecorated. Everything was in perfect working order, plenty of towels and paper supplies. We were visiting with my 87 yo mother so weren’t able to do a lot of walking but for a younger group this house is located in a quiet neighborhood but a very comfortable walking distance to the downtown area. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Wilmington."

"This property was beautiful and peaceful. The place was nicely decorated. For the property being pricey, the gravel parking lot and the unloading of luggage was very unexpected. One thing I can say is that we got in our steps while unloading. Next time we will bring our travel wagon. 😅. Other than that we enjoyed the stay!"

"The property was exactly as described with amazing views of the waterfront and the USS Battleship. The location was perfect with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. This was my first time using Vrbo and I love it. My travel dates were April 30th-May 3rd not April 29th -May 2nd. My stay was everything I expected it to be, with a few nice surprises too."
