“Poor service. Ran out of shower soap three times and the last time they never refilled it. Other issues with hot water temp that took 4 days to resolve.”

“We only spent the night there. The thing that made my stay really bad was the theft of my jewelry that I left by accident. You see, we were heading to key west for a snorkeling trip so I took off my gold Hoop earrings, a gold rope chain with a gold and diamond cross, a gold box chain with a gold dolphin pendant and a gold Hilton Head Island map pendant, a gold bangle bracelet and a gold Anklet. I left them on the nightstand and didn't realize they were missing until we got back to Cocoa Beach……

The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities like the pool, kayaks, and marina access. The location is perfect for exploring the Keys while still feeling quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to……

“We booked a room here and arrived to find that the bathroom and shower are fully outside, open to the elements. This is not something that is made clear in the listing where it should be — upfront, before you book. We had no choice but to leave and book another place at our own expense. Looking at other reviews, we are clearly not alone. This keeps happening to guests, and the owner shows no interest in fixing the actual problem — which is the listing. “try to get in the room and no one on property and nothing in room and no ice machine and bugs in the room over price and worse place I stay on this trip”

“Alot could be down with the property but isn't. Our fiart issue was the door not looking. It is a large older space that the looks of the inside makes you feel like there should be bugs but we never did see any. We did however sleep with the cooler in front of the door despite my husband having gottwn his tools out and fixing the lock himself.”
