We stayed here for one night on our way to Key West. It’s a good hotel for a short stopover, but if you’re planning to stay for several nights, I would recommend choosing the neighboring resort instead, as it offers more facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the poolside restaurant was a pleasant surprise—the food was excellent.

This hotel was well maintained and the staff was great! Out of the choices that are available in this area of the Keys, it would be hard to find a better place to stay - excellent pool overlooking the water, a small bay area, poolside service and bar, clean facilities and a great staff.

The AC was off in the 3rd floor hallway. Staff was friendly. The walls n shower need to be cleaned better. Beds are comfortable.

The resort was clean and well maintained, other than the hallways which were nearly as hot as it was outside. The staff was lacking in good customer service. The outdoor bartender seemed like he didn't want to be there. His demeanor didn't change at all over the several days we were there.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everyone of the staff members we encountered were nice as could be, the rooms were clean and nice, location was awesome. We would stay here again!

We wanted to check out the sea turtle hospital and decided to stay the night. We were able to check into our room and take a less than 5 minute walk over to the hospital for our tour! The grounds are well kept. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub, swimming lagoon and had a beautiful view of the bay from our balcony room. We will be coming back!

Second time we have stayed there. The in room fridge is a little tight, for what we like to use it for. Great location for the first half our trip. Great to have the beach chairs and cooler and umbrella!! Will definitely use that amenity again in the future.

I did not have my itinerary from Expedia and raised an issue about the bill with the front desk. The representative explained how the discount normally applied. I believed it to be different. I found the itinerary and the representative was absolutely correct. The representative still provided me an additional credit which they did not have to do as the issue was my error. Very nice gesture by them. We have stayed at the hotel before and enjoyed our stay as always. The food we ordered at the Tiki Bar was delivered hot and was very good on each occasion we ordered. Staff was great both inside the hotel and at the pool and Tiki Bar. Great location, great service and great time. We can't wait to go back.
