I would definitely stay here again. Not far from airport. Please contact them before to arrange for the shuttle. The owner and staff were waiting outside for us to arrive. They took all our luggage in and to our rooms. We felt they cared about our well being as they wouldn't let us do any thing strenuous and had us sit down and have a cup of tea. He explained everything to do to help acclimatize to avoid altitude sickness. Great place great people

We checked in late and the staff got us in quickly and made dinner recommendations. The room was clean. They packed us a "bag breakfast " since we were leaving earlier then breakfast started which was fantastic. The location is a little ways away from the typical walkable shops

Clean and had all the amenities we needed. Friendly and welcoming staff. Wonderful breakfast; staff even packed a to go breakfast for us when we had early excursion days. Check out was at 10am and we had a later flight, we were able to leave our luggages at the hotel until we had to leave. Highly recommend this hotel.

I don't understand the reviews here, Im not sure if they fake or what. This was a OK hotel, the customer service was passionate but the rooms were incredible bare bones. Only a towel and soap. No even a shampoo. The rooms did not even have heating in them, and I had to pay $10 per night for a heater. Like that's just nuts, I would assume basic necessities would be included but nope. I think the hotel is fine, I don't think it deserves the rating listed here. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

I didn't appreciate that 24/7 i had to be let in and out of the building by a staff member. I understand the culture, but it was uncomfortable. It felt like a burden when I wanted to come and go multiple times in a short period, during the day time.

The room and the hotel were very clean. However the needing to be let out and let back in every time was very annoying. It felt like you were very controlled with being able to leave freely. And even though they say the breakfast is from 7-9 am you have to book a time for breakfast. Also the hotel advertised a shuttle to the airport but we were told to take a uber. We were not even checked out yet and were asked for our key. There was no fresh filtered water to drink or brush your teeth. The water had to be asked for and it tasted funky. Overall not an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was lovely and the staff was what really made it a great stay. They were so attentive, it’s almost as if they saw my needs before I did. The Manager had snacks prepared for our early morning excursions and when we were able to have breakfast it tasted better than alot of the outside restaurants that I tried. They did everything and I mean everything to make it feel like a homely stay. Felt like I was staying with family. I will say I wish a lot of the rules were shared before booking such as no alcohol or eating(not snacking) in the room and the fact guests(friends) aren’t allowed in the rooms etc. That being said i had a great time here and would rebook in a heartbeat.
