Located in Cushing, this delightful cottage is comfortable and modern. We offer weekly rentals at the cottage from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in at 3pm and check-out the following Sunday at 10am. With 3 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed, our property offers a comfortable retreat for guests. Amenities like a washing and dryer, dishwasher and WiFi are provided for your convenience. Whether you're exploring the charming coastal towns nearby or simply relaxing while you watch the boats go by, you're sure to enjoy your stay at Sunset Cottage.

We really enjoy the peacefulness of the area being away from crowds but a short drive to town and our favorite lobster restaurant. Be warned the stairs to the second floor are very steep.

We had a fabulous week at this sweet cabin. We especially loved the gorgeous views, taking our kayaks out to explore, evening fires under the stars and relaxing into the quiet and peaceful surroundings with ocean breezes, sea bird sounds and watching the lobster boats collect their traps. The pictures in the listing were accurate and well representive of the space; the kitchen was well stocked and modern, the three bedrooms were spacious for four people, the table was perfect for meals and family board games and the glorious windows across the back of the cottage facing the ocean were spectacular. We were able to find ample day adventures within an hours drive such as a puffin cruise, shopping in Rockland/Camden and fabulous hikes at well cared for nearby nature preserves. Rebecca was responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions. We did find the beds and furniture in the living room on the harder side but we may just be a bit more sensitive. We had a fabulous time and would definitely rent this quintessential Maine cottage again.
