Perfect spot for a Black Hills vacation

We loved our stay here. Had everything we needed for our family with two young kids. Close to so many fun activities and great location just out of Custer.

Great location for exploring the Black Hills

Clean nice place. It was a great location for our day trips around the area. There is a little traffic noise during the day but quiet at night. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place to Stay

Black Hills Getaway

Cozy Acre was a great place to stay. Every attraction you might want to visit is right around the corner. The small town feeling of Custer really helps you escape the rat race.

Nice getaway

We spent a week in the Black Hills and thoroughly enjoyed coming “home” to our lovely little cottage each evening. Location was perfect for our day trips and the house was clean, well equipped and provided everything we needed for a wonderful getaway.

Great jumping off place for adventures

Stayed at this home while attending a family reunion in Custer. Compared to many if the camping and cabin accommodations that other family members had, we were very happy with our choice. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen to cook meals and a nice location. The property was clean and perfect for our 5 adults. Definitely recommend!

South Dakota adventure

From the time we drove onto the property we felt welcome with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We had no issues with neighbors as it's plenty far from the houses close by. We were able to enjoy the black hills and state park as it is convenient to those locations. Overall wished we could have stayed longer!

Easter getaway

This property was very clean and well stocked. Just pack clothes and food. Everything else is supplied. Very close to Custer for groceries and attractions. Also, the wildlife in this area is amazing. We would not hesitate to book here in the future.

Highly recommend if looking to stay in Custer/black hills

We had a great vacation. The house was supplied with everything needed and then some to make the stay comfortable and convenient. Great communication with the house and very quick prompt responses to questions during our stay. The house is very cozy, beds comfortable and supplied everything you would need in your own home. Definitely one of the best VRBO experiences me and my extended family has had. Thank you much for all the little extras

Nice South Dakota retreat

This house was a great stay for our family vacation in the Black Hills. It was close to Custer and Custer State Park which made it easy to get around. The house was clean with specific instructions and area suggestions. Kitchen had everything we needed and good pans to cook with. Large dining room table was perfect for family games. It was off a main road as other reviews stated but most of the houses in area are and did not affect quality of stay. Would stay at this property again!!

Beautiful home in Custer

We loved our time at this home. It was wonderfully furnished and there were so many thoughtful extras. A state park pass was included along with a small cooler which was all that we needed for our picnics. The home was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. There were even extra pens and paper for our game playing enjoyment.
