Cozy Acre was a great place to stay. Every attraction you might want to visit is right around the corner. The small town feeling of Custer really helps you escape the rat race.

Stayed at this home while attending a family reunion in Custer. Compared to many if the camping and cabin accommodations that other family members had, we were very happy with our choice. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen to cook meals and a nice location. The property was clean and perfect for our 5 adults. Definitely recommend!

From the time we drove onto the property we felt welcome with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We had no issues with neighbors as it's plenty far from the houses close by. We were able to enjoy the black hills and state park as it is convenient to those locations. Overall wished we could have stayed longer!

We had a great vacation. The house was supplied with everything needed and then some to make the stay comfortable and convenient. Great communication with the house and very quick prompt responses to questions during our stay. The house is very cozy, beds comfortable and supplied everything you would need in your own home. This property was very clean and well stocked. Just pack clothes and food. Everything else is supplied. Very close to Custer for groceries and attractions. Also, the wildlife in this area is amazing. We would not hesitate to book here in the future.

This house was a great stay for our family vacation in the Black Hills. It was close to Custer and Custer State Park which made it easy to get around. The house was clean with specific instructions and area suggestions. Kitchen had everything we needed and good pans to cook with. Large dining room table was perfect for family games. It was off a main road as other reviews stated but most of the houses in area are and did not affect quality of stay. Would stay at this property again!!

We loved our time at this home. It was wonderfully furnished and there were so many thoughtful extras. A state park pass was included along with a small cooler which was all that we needed for our picnics. The home was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. There were even extra pens and paper for our game playing enjoyment.

We had 2 couples traveling together. This was the first time one of the couples had been to the Black Hills. This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! The kitchen was so well equipped! We enjoyed being able to have our breakfast and dinner at this home any only had to snack while we were out sightseeing. The house is just the right distance from Custer to run to town if we needed anything and so close to many of the attractions we were interested in. We would definitely stay here again!
