"Parking was easy and secure. The room was clean. I enjoyed having a place in the bathroom to put all of my stuff, but I did not enjoy the bathroom light being so bright maybe put on dimmer. Would go again. "

"I stayed in a suite at the Pontchartrain hotel Hotel over the Easter weekend and the room itself was excellent-spacious, comfortable and full of character. It was definitely the highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the room. Staff came across as distracted and not particularly courteous. It often felt like guests were an afterthought. which took away from the overall experience. I also reached out to customer service after my stay and never received a response, which was disappointing and reinforced the lack of attentiveness. For the price I expected a higher level of hospitality. Honestly your money might be better spent on a VRBO or similar rental in the Garden District where you'll likely receive more attentive service and a better overall experience. "

"Staff is always friendly. Rooms and hallway cleaned. Housekeep is wonderful. Be careful when booking if they are having a event on the property you may have to use a different entrance and loose access to their courtyard parking area, which is very inconvenient if you are checking out with a lot of luggage."
